Business Principles.

Everything we do is to the highest standard and abides by current regulations.

  1. We do not ask for full payment up front.
  2. We ask for a 25% deposit to be paid the day before our visit, and the remaining payment within 7 days of the work being completed.
  3. We will provide you with a booking date and do everything we can to stick to that date.
  4. All work completed on site, we do not remove any memorial from the cemetery.
  5. Most work is completed within 1 day, except for larger renovations, which may take a couple of days.
  6. We obey each individual cemetery regulations, including any requirement for permits.
  7. We may ask you to complete our booking form so that we have your details and details of grave. All information is held securely and only used to contact you with regards to the work, all in accordance with GDPR.
  8. You will receive before and after photos via email on the evening of our visit.
  9. We will only use photos of your grave on Social Media and our website with your permission.
